Welcome to SpotMate, an AI-powered fitness coaching application operated by LonelyMonkey OÜ, a company registered in Estonia, EU.

By downloading, installing, or using SpotMate, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

1. Service Description

SpotMate provides AI-powered fitness coaching, workout programming, exercise guidance, and nutrition advice. The service is not a medical service and should not replace professional medical advice.

2. Subscriptions

SpotMate offers two subscription tiers: Essential (€1.99/month) and Pro (€4.99/month). All new users receive a 7-day free Pro trial. Subscriptions are managed through your App Store or Google Play account.

3. Health Disclaimer

SpotMate is NOT a medical service. Always consult a physician before beginning any exercise program. You exercise at your own risk. SpotMate and LonelyMonkey OÜ are not liable for injuries resulting from the use of AI-generated workout programs.
